What this site does

We explain how to find a local router address, reach the admin page, and work through common setup problems. The login buttons are ordinary links that open the address on your network. RouterEntry does not detect your gateway, bypass a password, or sign in on your behalf.

How to use the guidance

Check the model and hardware revision on your router. Manufacturer documentation and ISP instructions take priority when they differ from a general guide. We link to official documentation alongside the relevant content and distinguish common defaults from model-specific credentials.

Your router credentials

There are no router-password forms on this site. The copy buttons work in your browser, and the troubleshooting sections do not contact your router. Enter credentials only on your verified router interface or its official app.

Languages

The main 192.168.1.1 guide is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, and French. The three core help guides are available in all five languages. The equipment directory remains primarily English, with selected German and French guides. Language choices never redirect you based on your location.

Independent guidance

RouterEntry is not affiliated with the router manufacturers mentioned. Their names identify the equipment covered by each guide. We do not claim to test every model or to provide official manufacturer support.

Corrections and feedback

Use the feedback link on any guide to report an incorrect step, a missing model, or a website problem. RouterEntry reviews corrections against the relevant official documentation. Please do not send passwords or account details.

Editorial responsibility and review

RouterEntry is responsible for the guidance published here. A sources-checked date records a documentation review, not a claim that we physically tested the router. We identify relevant model or hardware limitations and link to manufacturer instructions. Dates are updated when a guide is reviewed, not automatically every time the site is rebuilt.

When instructions differ

Use the documentation for your exact model, hardware revision, firmware, and provider. Consult the official support links on the guide before making a change that does not match your screen. We do not invent default-password success rates or describe every router as having the same recovery process.
