RouterEntry · Sources checked · How we write our guides
This covers AKD PDMM (AKD-M) controllers using KAS 2.12. Kollmorgen documents 192.168.0.105 for RS1 position 5. This assumes the operator has confirmed that existing mode and current address; it is not a universal controller default.
On the existing authorized network, enter the operator-confirmed current address in a browser. The cited access instructions specify no scheme or port; use the installation’s current management details.
Use the current authorized web account. The manual’s initial username and password are administrator; the password can change.
Read an existing log
Open KAS Application → Log Data, then click a listed log file to view it in the browser. Note the Time, Source, Level and Message for the operator. PDMM logs update every 15 seconds.
If a log or page is unavailable
If a listed file has disappeared, refresh the browser. For failed access, have the operator confirm the address and account. Keep this inspection read-only: leave Log Configuration, application controls, resets and hardware switches unchanged.
