The Eltex WOP-2ac-LR5 manual for firmware 1.10.0 documents 192.168.1.10/24 as the factory DHCP client’s fallback when it receives no address. A DHCP-assigned or configured current address takes precedence. Match this exact base station and its installed interface; management VLAN and enabled web services can differ.

Use the fallback only if it is still this WOP-2ac-LR5’s address. Follow its configured protocol and port and use current authorized credentials. HTTP/HTTPS ports default to 80/443, but the services are configurable and neither is guaranteed to be enabled.

Confirm the management address and service

The base station normally requests a DHCP address in the documented factory configuration. Use its assigned address when available; 192.168.1.10 is the documented fallback when no address is received.

Check the installer’s management VLAN and enabled service and port. Local untagged Ethernet management is a separate conditional setting with a different default address. Use the installed access details rather than changing that setting to reach this number.

Sign in and read Device Information

The documented factory login is admin / password. Use current configured local credentials or authorized RADIUS credentials where that authentication is configured. Use only the permissions available to your account.

Open Monitoring → Device Information and read the model, hardware and software versions and uptime. No Apply, scan, test mode, reboot or radio change is needed.

If the fallback address is unavailable

Confirm the exact WOP-2ac-LR5, current address, management network, web service and port with the operator. Consult a DHCP assignment only on the network actually serving this base station.

Preserve the working VLAN, radio mode and service configuration. Do not reset the base station or use bootloader recovery to inspect identification information.
