192.168.1.102 is the documented factory web address for the TOA N-SP80VS1 SIP video door station and N-SP80AS1 SIP audio door station. Use the installed current address on the existing system network if changed. This is not every N-SP80 station’s address and is not documented as a DHCP fallback.
Open TOA door station web interface
For the matching N-SP80VS1 video or N-SP80AS1 audio station at this current address. The documented login uses HTTP. Sign in as N-SP80 with the current web password; guest is the case-sensitive initial password only when unchanged. SIP credentials are separate.
Confirm the door station’s assigned address
Use a computer on the door station’s existing system network and follow the installer’s IP assignment plan. The documented factory address is 192.168.1.102 with subnet mask 255.255.255.0.
For an installed system, obtain the current management address from the operator or network assignment plan. The N-SP80VS1 is the video model; the N-SP80AS1 is the audio model.
Sign in and read Status → Basic
The fixed web username is N-SP80. Use the current web password; the documented initial value guest applies only when unchanged. Do not substitute the station’s SIP account password.
Open Status → Basic to read model, hardware, firmware and LAN link/address information. No door release, relay change, live feed, SIP call or save operation is required.
If the door station does not respond
Confirm the model, current system-network connection, assigned address and web credentials with the installer or operator. An upstream router’s address need not be the door station’s address.
Keep the station operating as installed. A call-button sequence, power cycle or reset is unnecessary for this information check.
