This covers the Zenty ZT-IP210E transmitter, MPN ZT-111, using its linked v1.0 manual. 192.168.1.11 is the transmitter default; the receiver has a separate address. DHCP or a changed static configuration can replace the initial address.

Open IP210E transmitter interface

Use this documented HTTP route only if the operator confirms it is the current transmitter address on your existing authorized network. Use the current account; admin / admin is the manual’s initial transmitter pair. The stream port shown inside the page is not the web-management port.

Read Stream Setting

Find Stream Setting and read the displayed Multicast IP selection and adjacent Port. Record the group identifier, multicast address and stream port for comparison with the operator’s receiver records. Leave the selection unchanged; do not click Submit or change the stream.

If the transmitter does not open

Have the operator confirm transmitter versus receiver, the current address and account. Keep the existing network and equipment configuration. No reset, reboot, firmware update, cabling or source-switching action is needed for this inspection.
