This follows the manufacturer-hosted WebdynSunPM manual identified below. 192.168.1.12 is its documented LAN1 default; LAN2 is separate. Use the current configured LAN1 address if changed.
Use this link only on the concentrator's authorized LAN1 network after confirming its current address. The manual's initial login is userhigh / high; use the current installed account and password if changed.
Read the Dashboard
Open Dashboard to inspect configured device statuses, communication errors and Alarms in progress. Nok means a device was not found or its configuration is not operational; Unknown means its status is unknown. Leave the error-list trash icon, Quick Setup and device configuration controls untouched.
If access fails
Ask the site administrator to confirm LAN1, the current address, compatible computer network settings and password. LAN1 and LAN2 are separate interfaces. Do not reset the concentrator, change its address or operate scripts, relays or connected equipment to read status.
