This follows the E/B-series Network Camera User Manual V3.05 linked from the IPB5U28X catalog entry. It lists 192.168.1.13 as the default static address and also enables DHCP by default. A DHCP-assigned or changed current address takes precedence.
On the camera's authorized network, use 192.168.1.13 only after confirming it is the current address. Use the browser protocol and port confirmed by the installation administrator.
Use an existing authorized account and its current password. The manual lists initial admin / 123456 credentials, but first login requires password setup. Stop if first-use setup or plugin installation is requested.
Search existing logs
Open Setup → System → Log. Choose a time range and a log type, then select Search. Read the existing entries; the newest appear first. These search filters let you inspect events without changing camera settings.
If access fails
Confirm the current address, browser protocol, port and account with the administrator. DHCP may have assigned another address. Avoid repeated password guesses: failed logins can temporarily lock an account. Leave network, access-policy and camera controls unchanged.
