This follows Daikin’s iLINQ User Manual UM-ILINQA. It lists 192.168.1.16 as the initial static address, with DHCP off. Use the operator-confirmed current address of an existing installation; its network settings may have changed.

Open this local interface

On the controller’s existing authorized network, enter its confirmed current address in a browser. The cited login prose specifies neither scheme nor port; use the installation’s management details.

Use the current four-digit User account password. Initial web activation uses a unique device code and creates account passwords; a factory password is not a substitute. If activation is unfinished, stop and refer it to the operator.

Read Status

Open Status. Record Schedule Mode, HVAC Mode and Space Temperature, including its displayed unit. Readings depend on the installed configuration; unused sensors can display values. Leave setpoints, overrides and other controls unchanged.

If access fails

Ask the operator to verify the current address, existing connection and User password. Do not reset, activate, reconfigure or operate the equipment to reach this inspection.
