StarTech documents 192.168.1.200/24 for the exact R300WN22OP5, R300WN22OP5G and R300WN22OP5E outdoor access-point family. This is not a universal StarTech or router default. A configured current address and credentials take precedence beside the HTTP action below.

Open the exact access-point family
Connect locally on a compatible subnet, confirm the exact listed model and open the documented HTTP address above. Use the installed unit’s current address if it was changed. Do not treat this outdoor access point as the upstream router or assume that its static address must appear as a DHCP lease.
Use the current administrator login
The documented unchanged login is admin / admin. Use the current configured credentials on an installed unit. These are access-point administrator credentials, not wireless client credentials.
On an existing R300WN22OP5 WDS deployment only, open Device Status → Wireless Client Table and compare the station MAC address with its rear label. This is a read-only connectivity check; do not create an association, change modes, choose Save or restart the access point.
If 192.168.1.200 is unavailable
Check the exact model, local wired link, compatible client subnet and the owner’s current management address. Preserve the running outdoor network configuration and ask the administrator for its current path.
Use same-network checks before recovery. Do not factory-reset or change wireless/network settings merely to restore the default address.
