This covers the original UC-CK’s documented legacy interface. It normally requests DHCP; 192.168.1.30 is a fallback. This is not a Gen2 or UniFi OS default.

Open UC-CK at its confirmed fallback address

Use only after confirming the authorized UC-CK currently uses this fallback. Otherwise use HTTPS at its current assigned address. Sign in to the existing Controller with the administrator name and password created during setup.

Keep the two logins separate

The separate hardware Configure interface has documented initial ubnt/ubnt credentials. That pair does not replace the current Controller login.

Read the existing Dashboard

Open the already initialized Controller management interface and inspect Dashboard network-status information. Stop if a setup wizard appears; do not initialize or adopt devices, enable cloud access, update firmware or change settings.

If access fails

Keep the client on the same Layer-2 network. Ask the administrator for the current DHCP assignment and account, and confirm the existing Ethernet/power connection. Do not reset or reconfigure addressing to reach this fallback.
