Beijer documents 192.168.1.50 for GL-9971, GL-9972, GL-9973, GL-9974 and GL-9975 programmable I/O network adapters. This is industrial-device management, not a home-router gateway or a generic G-series workflow. Use the installed adapter’s current address if it has changed.
Open Beijer GL-997x web server
Use this documented HTTP setup page only from the adapter’s existing management network. The normal Web Server chapter does not document a factory credential pair; use only owner-provided access details if the installed interface asks.
Confirm the exact adapter and management path
Match the unit to a GL-9971, GL-9972, GL-9973, GL-9974 or GL-9975 programmable I/O network adapter. Connect through its existing Ethernet management path and confirm that the client is on the current local subnet.
The manufacturer documents 192.168.1.50 for the normal web server. Use the installed current address if an integrator changed it, and ask the operator before changing any client or controller addressing on a production controls network.
Identify attached expansion modules
Open Expansion Module to confirm which expansion modules are attached, then stop. The main page and Network Settings can also show adapter and current-IP information.
Do not change Network Settings, PLC or RTC values. Do not enter IAP mode, update firmware, reset or interrupt power for this read-only check.
If the web server does not open
Recheck the exact GL-997x model, Ethernet management path, current adapter address and client subnet. Use access details supplied by the system owner if the installed page requests authentication.
Do not substitute the separate IAP firmware workflow at 192.168.1.51 or its credentials. Holding a reset control or power-cycling industrial equipment is unnecessary for this status task.
