This follows Siemens’ 2016 SEM3 manual, PDIM-SEM3U-0816. The static default is 192.168.1.65; an administrator-changed address or an address assigned through enabled DHCP takes precedence. This is not a DHCP-failure fallback.
On the controller's authorized local network, enter 192.168.1.65 in your browser's address bar only if it is the controller's current address.
Use the current authorized username and password. The manual conflicts on initial-password capitalization; confirm credentials with the administrator rather than guessing. Its initial account has Supervisor permissions. Follow the installed scheme and port.
Read existing meter values
Open Real Time and inspect configured energy meters’ voltage, current, kilowatts and kilowatt hours. Leave reset, alarm-clearing and configuration controls untouched.
If values or access are missing
Confirm the current address, existing network connection and account with the administrator. -NC- marks a meter not configured in this interface. Ask the administrator to investigate; do not open equipment, alter wiring, reset the controller or change metering settings.
Finish the inspection
Use Logout when finished.
