This follows Lindy's August 2023 second-edition 38398/38399 manual. 192.168.10.11 is the receiver default; multiple receivers can receive different addresses from the transmitter's DHCP server. Confirm the current address of the intended receiver.

Open this local interface

Use the existing authorized connection on the receiver's network segment. Enter its current browser address with the operator's protocol and Web Port; the manual's numeric login instructions do not specify a scheme.

Use the current local web account. The manual lists Admin / admin for initial login only; account settings can change.

Read Status

Open Status and record the displayed firmware version, IP address and MAC address for the operator. The manual also lists subnet mask and gateway on this page.

If access fails

Have the operator verify the receiver's current address, Web Port and account. Leave DHCP, video, password and update controls unchanged. Do not press the receiver's Reset button; even a short press changes EDID behavior.
