This is the documented factory management address for the TRENDnet TPE-1020WS v1.0R 10-port Gigabit Web Smart PoE+ switch. Match the exact legacy hardware revision; it is not an access point or a guide for every later switch version. Use the current static or DHCP address on an installed network. This default is not documented as a DHCP-failure fallback.
Open TPE-1020WS switch management
For the exact v1.0R switch at its current management address. The documented default uses HTTP and case-sensitive admin / admin; use the installed current account and password. If SSL management was enabled, HTTPS replaces HTTP—follow that current service.
Confirm the current switch address
Use the existing management Ethernet connection and the network operator’s address plan. The documented default is 192.168.10.200 with mask 255.255.255.0.
If this switch is configured as a DHCP client on the serving network, its current lease can identify its address. Preserve existing addressing and access controls.
Sign in and read System Info
Use the current authorized administrator account and password. The documented factory pair is case-sensitive admin / admin; a configured switch may have a changed password or another administrator account. HTTP is the default web mode. Enabling SSL replaces it with HTTPS.
Open System Info and read Runtime Image, boot loader, uptime, hardware version, MAC, current IPv4 address and DHCP-client mode. Leave configuration and PoE controls unchanged.
If the page does not open
Check the model and revision, Ethernet connection, power/link indicators, current client subnet and switch address with the operator. A duplicate address or changed static/DHCP assignment can explain a mismatch. Confirm whether the installed SSL setting requires HTTPS and obtain the current account.
Do not reset, reboot, update firmware, switch SSL modes, disable access restrictions or change powered ports merely to inspect status.
