This address is documented for the Cyta, Cyprus HG8245X6 service profile. It is not a universal Huawei default or a documented DHCP fallback. Use the installed management address if changed.
While connected to the matching Cyta router’s local network, enter 192.168.10.254 in your browser’s address bar if this remains its management address.
Use current authorized management credentials. Cyta’s guide gives cytauser and the router-back-label password. The browser instructions do not specify a management protocol or port.
Confirm the router and account
Match HG8245X6 and the Cyta service profile. Use the current management password; do not substitute a Wi-Fi key unless Cyta identifies it as that credential.
Inspect existing mappings
If the documented Quick Start appears, Skip leads to Home. Open Advanced → Forward Rules → IPv4 Port Mapping and inspect existing configuration. Leave without selecting New, Add, Delete or Apply.
If access fails
Cyta recommends a direct local modem connection rather than access through another router, and checking manually configured computer IP/DNS settings. Confirm the current connection with the account holder. Ask Cyta 132 for current access details if needed; do not reset or open ports for this inspection.
