This guide is for qualified personnel using an already established service connection. Manual SCCPXT-E7-BA-en-58 v5.8 covers SC 500CP-10 production E7 with OCU/DSP 02.00.01.R. Its fixed LAN1 service address is 192.168.100.2; control and monitoring networks use separate addresses.
On the operator-approved existing LAN1 service connection, enter 192.168.100.2 in the browser address bar using the operator's current protocol and webserver-port instructions.
Select the user level and enter its current authorized password. The manual documents sma only as the upon-delivery password if unchanged. If login redirects to a password-change page, stop this inspection and refer it to the operator.
Confirm the service route
Have the operator confirm the installed model, version and existing client network. This task assumes the service connection is already established; it requires no cabinet access.
Read Instantaneous values
Under Data > Devices, select the existing device type and inverter, then open Instantaneous values. Read Mode for operating state and Pac for AC power in kW. Leave Parameters and plant controls unchanged, then select Logout.
If access fails
Ask the operator to check the existing service subnet, configured webserver port and current user password. The browser requires JavaScript. Do not reconfigure networks, detect devices or reset the inverter for this check.
