This follows QHora-322 User Guide version 1, August 30, 2022. 192.168.102.1 is the default for LAN3, physical 2.5 GbE port 4. A changed LAN address takes precedence.
On the administrator-approved existing LAN3 network, enter 192.168.102.1 in the browser address bar only if it remains the current address. Follow the installed scheme and port.
Use the current local account. The documented initial username is admin and initial password is the router MAC address in uppercase without punctuation, only if unchanged. Stop if initial setup appears.
Confirm the interface
Ask the administrator to confirm LAN3 and its current address. Other ports have different documented defaults; do not move production cables to reach this one.
Read the dashboard
Inspect uptime and firmware information in Overview, then link state and address information in WAN Overview. The WAN address is separate from this LAN management address.
If access fails
Confirm the network, current account and allowed management protocol with the administrator. Leave WAN Settings, access controls and reset options unchanged.
