This follows the QHora-322 User Guide, document version 1, dated August 30, 2022. 192.168.103.1 is the documented LAN4 default on physical Port 5, one of this router's separately addressed LAN interfaces. Confirm the installed interface's current address with the operator.
Use an existing authorized connection on the router's LAN4 network and enter its confirmed current address in the browser. The guide's numeric access instructions specify neither a scheme nor a port; use the operator's current management details.
Use the current authorized local account. This guide's initial admin account uses the router MAC address with uppercase letters and no punctuation; that historical initial-password rule does not establish an installed device's credentials. QNAP ID login is a separate option in the guide.
Read the Dashboard
On Dashboard, read system uptime in Overview and the internet/device status in Device Connection Status. Record those values for the operator. Leave WAN Settings and configuration controls unchanged.
If access fails
Verify the exact model, LAN4 connection, current interface address and account. Other QHora-322 LAN ports have different documented defaults. If initial setup appears, stop and refer it to the operator; this inspection does not require setup, reset, account binding or firmware changes.
