Buffalo documents 192.168.11.1 for many products, with explicit model exceptions. It is not universal across AirStation equipment. Check the full model and whether its local address has been changed.
Open only when this matches your own equipment and network. RouterEntry does not detect your gateway or ask for router passwords.
Router mode or another operating mode?
Buffalo’s direct-address smartphone method is conditional on ROUTER mode. If the page does not open, use the official AirStation discovery method to select the intended detected product. Do not switch operating mode just to log in, or assume that every access point uses the same alternative IP.
Which password belongs here?
Use the login username and password on the supplied setup card, or your changed management credentials. The Wi-Fi encryption key is separate. Buffalo’s older root/blank-password guidance applies only to products originally supplied without a setup card; losing your card does not make that guidance applicable.
If this address is not your AirStation
Check the current gateway to identify your main router. In an access-point arrangement, that gateway may belong to another device; use Buffalo’s discovery instructions for the AirStation itself. The default-address list includes exceptions such as WMR-433 at 192.168.13.1, so match your exact model instead of trying unrelated defaults.
