This follows Technetix t-box manual 07/2022-EN/V13G. The documented default service address can change with network settings. Use the installed address when different. This address belongs to the t-box tool, not automatically to its attached amplifier.
Use the existing authorized Wi-Fi key and current web account. The initial Wi-Fi key is technetix; initial web login is admin / technetix, only if unchanged. The rear label identifies the unit's network and access details.
Identify the service network
Confirm the correct T-BOX-[unique id] with its owner before opening the local page. This guide assumes the technician has already established the service connection.
Read the home screen
Inspect the USB connection indicator for the attached amplifier and battery status in the top bar. Leave Device, Tools, Administration and shutdown controls untouched.
If access fails
Ask the technician to confirm the current address, Wi-Fi key and web account. A missing amplifier connection is not a reason to reconnect field wiring, restart the USB service or apply a template for this check.
