The legacy LevelOne WBR-3406TX quick guide documents this local address. Its default network mask is 255.255.255.0; the address can be changed. These instructions do not establish defaults for other LevelOne models.

Reach the local interface
Connect your computer to a LAN port on the WBR-3406TX. Its quick guide supports obtaining network settings automatically through DHCP. Your device needs a compatible local subnet; do not copy a static IP blindly. Open the address in the browser’s address bar.
Status view or administrator mode?
The quick guide distinguishes a general view from administrator mode. To enter administrator mode, use the System Password field. The documented factory system password is admin, only if it has not been changed; the guide does not specify a username for this field. Use your current system password after a change.
This is separate from wireless security and WAN/ISP credentials. Viewing the local interface does not require changing the provider’s WAN configuration. The legacy guide’s old browser illustrations may look different on a current device.
If the local page will not open
Check the actual gateway and whether you are connected to this router rather than another network. A changed LAN address means the default may no longer work. Check the LAN connection and automatic network settings before continuing with failed-access diagnostics.
If the interface opens but the system password fails, review password recovery options. Do not guess another model’s reset procedure: a factory reset can erase the configuration needed for service.
