This follows TOA's Receiving Device Setup Manual for firmware 3.6.1 or later. Its initial Manual address is 192.168.14.1; a changed static address or DHCP assignment takes precedence.
On the operator-approved existing network, enter 192.168.14.1 only after confirming it is current. Use the operator's configured HTTP/HTTPS protocol and port.
Sign in with the current local web account. The manual lists admin / guest for initial access only. Avoid simultaneous connections from multiple computers or browsers.
Read the Status screen
After login, read Firmware Version, Status and SIP Registration Status. This screen cannot change settings. Idle means standby; Registered confirms SIP registration succeeded. Record other displayed states for the operator, then select LOGOUT.
When the light is inconclusive
The IP-A1SC15's Status indicator stays lit during both standby and broadcasting. Use the web Status field to distinguish them.
If access fails
Have the operator check the current address, protocol, port and account. Stop at certificate or setup prompts; do not change network settings, start broadcasts or restart the speaker.
