RouterEntry · Sources checked · How we write our guides
Applies to: the LightFi BASE sensor service-port route documented in BASE sensor provisioning. This check assumes the authorised service connection is already established; it does not provision a sensor or change network settings.
Use only on your own authorised device network. RouterEntry does not access devices or collect passwords.
Confirm the service connection
The manufacturer’s service connection uses the computer’s wired address 192.168.151.2 with mask 255.255.255.0. The sensor’s Service Port is separate from its PoE Port; the service link does not supply internet access to the computer. If the connection is not already prepared, follow the linked official setup guide with your installer.
Read the greeting
Open the HTTP service address above. Read the connection indication on the greeting page. If it says No Internet!, have the authorised installer check the sensor’s PoE internet connection, then refresh the page. Allow the documented five-minute boot period before troubleshooting.
Stop before configuration
Network Settings uses the device’s supplied or current local configuration password. Deploy Sensor leads to separate LightFi Portal provisioning and account sign-in. Neither action is needed for this connection-status check.
