This covers the F1UP0002’s legacy interface. The manual documents 192.168.2.253 for its default/manual static setup. A DHCP-assigned or changed static address takes precedence.

Open this local interface

On the print server's authorized local network, enter 192.168.2.253 in your browser's address bar if it is the device's current address.

Use the current authorized login. The explicit initial login note gives lowercase admin / 1234; changed credentials take precedence. The reviewed numeric browser instruction does not specify a management protocol or port.

Confirm the existing connection

Check the LAN-link indicator and current address. An already installed Print Server Manager → Status can show the selected device’s IP; leave Reboot untouched.

Read Device Settings → TCP/IP

Inspect the address, subnet mask, gateway, DHCP/BOOTP selection and internal DHCP-server status. Leave settings unchanged: Save Settings can reboot this device.

If access fails

Ask the network owner to confirm the current address and account. Do not enable DHCP, install legacy utilities or drivers, change wireless settings or reset merely to inspect status.
