D-Link documents 192.168.200.1 for the AQUILA PRO AI M30 AX3000 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 Router in the cited A1/WW manual context. Use the router’s actual current LAN address beside the HTTP action below. This is not every D-Link default and does not promise that an M30 operating as a mesh extender or bridge node keeps this route.

Connect to the M30’s own LAN
Connect a computer to an M30 LAN port or its current local network, then open the documented HTTP address above. The local interface does not require working internet service. If the LAN IP was changed, use that configured address instead.
The setup label also provides http://xxxx.devicesetup.net/, where xxxx is the last four MAC-address characters. Do not require an upstream DHCP lease or convert the M30 to bridge mode merely to log in.
Use the label or current admin password
The interface uses a password-only administrator prompt. For an unchanged device, use the admin password printed on its bottom label; after setup, use the current password. Do not guess admin/admin or a blank password, and keep the Wi-Fi key separate from the administrator password.
On Home, select the M30 router icon to view local IPv4/IPv6 network and Wi-Fi information. Inspect only; no Go to settings, Save, reboot or mode change is required.
If 192.168.200.1 does not open
Confirm the exact M30, LAN cable/port and link light, same local subnet, current LAN address and current administrator password. Internet service is not needed for this local page.
Use local-access checks without disabling security software or routinely resetting the router. Ask the owner for the configured address when the default no longer applies.
