This follows Digi's Connect EZ 16/32 online guide, article updated May 21, 2026. It documents 192.168.210.1 for local browser access through ETH1. Confirm the exact model, interface and current management address with the operator.
On the existing authorized ETH1 connection, enter the confirmed current numeric address in the browser. Digi's cited access steps do not specify a scheme or port; use the operator's current management details.
Use the configured local username and password. The documented initial username is admin with a unique password on the supplied label. Current credentials take precedence; Digi Remote Manager is a separate service.
Read Serial Ports
On the dashboard, inspect Serial Ports. Record the port name or number, configured mode and status. An empty circle means disconnected; green means active; a red X indicates no signal and an unavailable port. A down arrow can indicate an inactive monitored CTS or DCD signal in Remote Access mode.
If access fails
Have the operator confirm ETH1, the current address and account. Stop at setup or unexpected authentication prompts. Leave serial configuration, cloud registration and reset controls unchanged.
