This follows Milesight's SG50 Quick Start Guide. Its access instructions use 192.168.23.1 through the gateway's default Wi-Fi access point. This inspection assumes an already commissioned gateway with authorized Wi-Fi access active; confirm the current access details with its operator.
Use the current web credentials. The guide's admin / password pair is for initial login and is followed by a mandatory password change. The documented Gateway_XXXXXX SSID is a Wi-Fi identity, not a web credential.
Read Status
Open Status. Note the configured LoRaWAN region, cellular network information and IP address, and Packet Forward connection state. Give these observations to the gateway operator.
If the interface is unavailable
Have the operator check the existing Wi-Fi access and current credentials. Preserve https. Leave commissioning, radio, network and power controls unchanged for this status check.
