This covers an already configured KeContact M10 with the interface documented in system manual revision 2.00, August 29, 2014, for the P20 c-series arrangement. 192.168.25.1 is its static ETH0 address on the KeContact LAN. ETH1 uses a separately assigned company-network address. The manual revision is not installed software.

Open M10 Home interface

Use an existing site-authorized workstation connection to the ETH0 KeContact LAN. The documented Home view needs no login. Stop if installation or account access is requested; protected screens and current site accounts are outside this check.

Confirm the local interface

Have the administrator confirm the M10, existing ETH0 path and complete address, including :9091/admin. This address does not identify ETH1 or a wallbox’s universal login.

Read the Home icons

On Home, note each numbered Wallbox icon. A green plug means free; a grey plug means occupied, which may include paused or completed charging. A grey icon with an X means unavailable. Home refreshes when states change; leave charging and configuration controls untouched.

If Home is unavailable

Ask the administrator to check the current access path. Stop at setup or login prompts. Do not rescan sockets, restart equipment, reconnect charging hardware or enter installation settings to inspect status.
