This covers OCPP 1.6J Aura 130908/130909 in installation manual Rev 03. 192.168.250.1 is the temporary service Wi-Fi route to Local management. For an existing LAN installation, use its currently assigned address instead.
Enter 192.168.250.1 in your browser's address bar only while connected to the identified charger's already available service Wi-Fi, following the owner's current access instructions.
Obtain the current authorized unit PIN from the owner; the supplied paperwork documents it for service Wi-Fi and local login. No shared factory PIN, separate username, numeric management scheme or port is established here.
Confirm the existing service network
The manual documents a ten-minute AP window after power-on and deactivation while RJ45 is active. Rev 03 shows AURA_nnnnnnA; the support article shows AURA_NNNNNN. Both use the last six serial digits. Confirm the actual network with the owner.
Inspect the existing Wi-Fi connection
On an already configured unit whose interface matches the support article, read the connected Wi-Fi name and signal strength. Leave network updates, electrical settings, RFID and cloud configuration untouched.
If the service network is unavailable
Ask the administrator which existing route to use. Do not power-cycle the charger, operate its fuse, disconnect LAN or open its enclosure to create a session. These instructions do not cover CAPI models.
