Elisa documents 192.168.254.1 for the ZTE MC7010 outdoor 5G CPE used with its 5G Kotinetti service. It is separate from the installation’s indoor Wi-Fi router. Use the current CPE address and local management protocol if the provider or installer changed them; this numeric default does not establish the address for every carrier firmware.

Open MC7010 local login ↗

Use this HTTP address only for the matching MC7010 on its current local management network. A provider or installer’s current address and protocol take precedence.

Reach the installed MC7010

Join the installed local network that reaches the outdoor CPE, preserve its existing PoE/router arrangement, and open the documented HTTP action above. The official quick guide shows the device connected through its PoE adapter to a computer or router.

Do not rewire powered PoE equipment merely to force this default to respond. If the installed management route differs, follow the current network or Elisa instructions.

Use the label or current password

Elisa directs users to the default management password on the PoE-adapter or supplied-guide label. If it was changed, use the current password. Do not guess admin/admin or substitute the Wi-Fi password, SIM PIN or an Elisa account credential.

Open Advanced Settings → Others → Network Status—Finnish Lisäasetukset → Muut → Verkon tila—to inspect signal strength. The home page also provides Status Information. Viewing does not require changing bands, antenna mode, APN, connection mode, firmware or reboot scheduling.

If 192.168.254.1 does not open

Confirm the exact MC7010, the current local connection and CPE address, and the current label or configured management password. An unintended proxy or competing network adapter can interfere with the local route.

Preserve the working PoE and indoor-router installation. Do not reset or reconfigure the outdoor unit to recover a guessed default.
