This follows Intelbras ICW 4002 manual 01.26. The documented LAN browser address is 192.168.42.1. Changing the LAN address also changes web access; confirm the current address first.
Use the existing authorized LAN connection and current web account. Factory intelbras / intelbras credentials are initial values; units manufactured from December 2022 require a password change after first access. The interface does not allow simultaneous access.
Read Início
On Início, under Redes 4G/3G/2G, note Status do Cartão SIM, Tecnologia and Sensibilidade. These report SIM state, cellular technology and received signal in dBm. Share the displayed values with the operator.
If access fails
Ask the operator to confirm the current LAN address, account and whether another session is open. Leave network, firmware and reset controls unchanged for this inspection.
