KVH documents 192.168.55.1 for the TracPhone LTE-1 Global’s built-in router. Use its own built-in WiFi or the LAN port of its PoE injector. The current configured router address takes precedence; another onboard router can use the same number.
Open TracPhone LTE-1 Global router
Use this HTTPS address only for the matching LTE-1 Global built-in router while it remains at this address. Use current management credentials; admin / TracPhoneLTE1 applies only when unchanged. WiFi and cellular-service credentials are separate.
Reach the LTE-1 Global’s own network
Connect through its built-in WiFi or Ethernet at the PoE injector’s LAN port. Preserve the installed wiring. Confirm that you are reaching the LTE-1 Global’s built-in router, rather than another onboard router.
If there is an address conflict or the number was changed, use the installer’s current LTE-router address. The documented web action uses HTTPS.
Use current credentials and inspect the LAN
The documented initial management account is admin with password TracPhoneLTE1. Use the current password after a change. This account is separate from the WiFi key and cellular-service account.
Open Network → LAN → Untagged LAN. Read IP Address and DHCP Server Enable state. Do not edit values, toggle DHCP, Save or Apply Changes.
If 192.168.55.1 does not respond
Check the exact LTE-1 Global system, its reachable local network and current built-in-router address with the installer. An address used by another onboard device is not proof that you have found this router.
Keep HTTPS and the current account details. Resetting, changing WiFi, or modifying cellular service is unnecessary for this LAN status check.
