This follows the Lyra Voice E15051 manual, First Edition, December 2018. It calls 192.168.72.1 the default address. Confirm the model, current address and operating mode; do not assume this address still applies in AP or repeater mode.

Open this local interface

From the owner's existing local connection, use the confirmed current browser address and protocol. The manual's numeric address has no scheme or port; its separate hostname instruction is http://router.asus.com.

Use the current local web username and password. The web-login section supplies no universal default account.

Read General Log

Open Advanced Settings → System Log, then inspect General Log. Note the entries relevant to the problem for the owner. Reading this screen does not require the separate Feedback submission.

If access fails

Ask the owner to confirm the current address, mode and account. Stop at setup or certificate prompts. Leave reset, rescue, firmware and feedback controls unused for this check.
