This follows Cisco's 2012 guide 78-20776-02 for ISA550, ISA550W, ISA570 and ISA570W. 192.168.75.1 is the documented default LAN address. Confirm the current address and interface; the manual does not establish installed firmware.
Use the owner's current local management URL and authorized web account. The initial case-sensitive pair is cisco / cisco, with a required first-login password change. This check is for an existing configured account.
Confirm current access
The guide documents this HTTP port-80 login URL, but management protocols and allowed clients can change. Confirm the current URL with the administrator; do not change access policy or take over another administrator's session.
Read Resource Utilization
Open Device Management > System Status > Resource Utilization. Note CPU Idle, Memory Used and Free Memory. Record the displayed values without changing configuration.
If access differs
Ask the administrator to confirm the address, permitted protocol and current account. Stop at password-change, firmware-upgrade, setup or session-takeover prompts. Refer browser or certificate problems to them without resetting or reconfiguring the appliance.
