Open Acer Connect X6E web portal

Connect through the X6E’s current local Wi-Fi or LAN. Initial Wi-Fi details and the randomized admin password are on the bottom label; first use requires changing the admin password. Use the current Admin password afterward. The Wi-Fi password is separate, and there is no universal admin/admin pair.

Join the matching X6E local network

Match the device as Acer Connect X6E 5G CPE, then connect with its current local Wi-Fi or LAN details. For an unchanged initial setup, the label provides the SSID, Wi-Fi password and randomized admin password.

Enter http://192.168.76.1 in the browser. If a Quick Setup wizard appears unexpectedly on an installed unit, stop and ask the owner before continuing.

Read Dashboard connection status

After signing in with the current Admin password, stay on Dashboard. Read Connection Status and WAN Status to compare current Ethernet and 5G SIM connectivity, WAN IP and displayed transfer speed.

Confirm the exact X6E, current local connection, assigned client address, subnet or gateway and current web-admin password. Clearing site cookies or using a private or incognito window is supported browser troubleshooting.

Stop before five failed attempts because the guide says the portal locks and then needs a power cycle. If Dashboard opens but Internet is down, read the status and contact the operator; do not reset or reconfigure WAN merely for this inspection.
