This follows FIBARO's legacy Home Center 2 guide. 192.168.81.1 is its documented manually selected static address. Confirm that the owner already uses it; it is not a universal router address or proof of the controller's current configuration.
On an existing authorized connection, enter 192.168.81.1 in the browser address bar only if the owner confirms it is the controller's current address. The cited numeric instruction specifies no scheme or port.
Use the owner's current local web account. The legacy guide lists admin / admin for initial access; those values do not establish an existing installation's credentials.
Confirm the address context
The guide warns that selecting this static address loses the router connection. Do not press the controller's buttons to obtain this address. Ask the owner for the current access details.
Read the connection indicators
Observe the controller's POWER, LAN and INTERNET lights. The guide associates them with power, Ethernet and Internet connectivity respectively. Record their visible state without operating the controller.
If the page does not open
Give the owner the observed light states and ask them to confirm the current address and account. Stop at recovery, setup or password-change screens. Do not reset, rewire or change the controller's network settings.
