Follow the local connection and nameplate
Connect to the intended CPE network and check the address and management-password information on its nameplate. Use the current management password if changed. The source covers CPE Pro/Pro2/Win products but explicitly separates indoor and outdoor access.
A Wi-Fi key connects your device to a network; the management prompt may require another password. Follow the labeled field and actual screen rather than guessing a universal username/password.
Inspect the current interface without changing radio mode
The source is a network-mode article, but reaching its management interface does not require applying a network-mode change. First confirm the intended outdoor CPE and current screen. Menu names can vary; do not save a radio-mode change merely to troubleshoot sign-in.

Check your current gateway and whether a separate indoor router supplies your Wi-Fi. That router’s gateway may identify a different device from the outdoor CPE. Use the outdoor unit’s documented access path and current address.
Verify the local connection and nameplate, then use failed-access help. An internet outage after reaching management is a different problem; use connection diagnostics rather than changing mobile settings at random.
