Bell documents 192.168.2.1 for local Giga Hub management. Connect to the Bell hub’s home network before opening it. The address is not a universal default for every router.

Bell Giga Hub: follow the current authorization screen
Use your current modem administrator password if requested. Bell’s current administrator help directs Giga Hub, Giga Hub 2.0 and Home Hub 4000 users to the front display: use the arrows to choose Modem Management, then press OK. Match the prompt shown on your own equipment.
Your Wi-Fi key connects devices to the wireless network; your MyBell account is another separate credential. Do not assume that a serial number or “admin” is a universal Giga Hub password.
Find the setting you need
After authorization, Manage my Wi-Fi is Bell’s route for primary Wi-Fi settings. Inspect the current settings before deciding to change anything; saving a new Wi-Fi name or password requires affected devices to reconnect. If the address opens the wrong device or fails
Check your connected device’s actual gateway. If you are using a separate router, confirm that you are connected to the Bell hub you intend to manage. Bell also documents bell.ca/mymodem when internet access is available. Another brand at this address needs its own model instructions, not Bell credentials.
A front-panel error or internet outage is different from a rejected login. Use connection checks for service problems or password recovery checks before considering a destructive reset.
