The cited BHR-4GRV2 instructions give 192.168.12.1 and buffalo.setup as access routes. At unchanged factory settings, the documented login is username admin and password password. Use your current management account if changed; an upstream Wi-Fi key is not automatically this wired router’s login.
Existing hub or bridge settings can change access
The source explains that changing the device’s network role and LAN settings can change where management is reached. If this BHR-4GRV2 was already configured differently, use that existing address rather than forcing its factory address to respond.
