Which password does this screen need?
When prompted by the gateway, enter the current Device Access Code. AT&T identifies the original code on the gateway sticker. It is different from the Wi-Fi password and the AT&T account used in Smart Home Manager.
Wi-Fi settings
For a straightforward way to share access, open Smart Home Manager, choose My Wi-Fi, then Share Wi-Fi. This shares the wireless connection; it does not share administrator access to the gateway.
Internet-provider settings need separate care
A guide about Firewall or IP Passthrough is not a password-recovery procedure. Leave those settings alone while identifying a rejected access code. If another router provides Wi-Fi, distinguish its management screen from the BGW320 interface.
If you cannot sign in
Check a saved Device Access Code if the sticker’s original was changed. AT&T documents a factory reset for a lost changed code; read the applicable instructions and plan to restore settings before taking that step.
If the screen asks for a AT&T account, use account recovery in the official app or website. Confirm that account manages this network. Resetting the equipment is not a way to recover an online account.
