Manage eero in the app

Use the official eero app for your existing network. eero does not provide a web browser interface for configuring its settings.

Which sign-in do you need?

An eero account uses a verification code sent by text message or email instead of a separate eero account password. If you linked your Amazon account, use that account to sign in. Your Wi-Fi password joins devices to the network; it is not the eero account sign-in code.

Need the current Wi-Fi password?

In the eero app, open Settings, then Wifi name & password. Use the account that manages the existing network. Do not send RouterEntry your Wi-Fi password, account credentials or verification code.

If you cannot reach your settings

Start with the matching guide or quick reference above and its official instructions. A general router IP address will not replace eero app sign-in.

Browse all equipment or check a connection that has no internet.

Make the rest of your network work better
